The first step is an interview with HR (30 mins). I got mine through a referral. Then I had an interview with a Senior Consultant working for the department I applied for. That also lasted 30 minutes. I was supposed to get a homework (1-2 hours) and a final interview with a director, but they decided to go for the other candidate before they sent me the homework.
This company required multiple rounds of interviews and required a take home assessment in addition to that. After jumping through all of those hoops, they just stopped responding completely and ghosted me.
