Initial Screening Interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with the Design Department Director. Following both interviews was constant back and forth with a recruiter who consistently dragged out the process. The recruiter had mentioned multiple times that I should expect to hear back in the next 1-2 days, in which both times I didn't hear back for 7-10 days. No follow up in between, huge lack of professionalism and respect for my time.
