We currently leverage a lot of gated content, forms, email drip campaigns, scoring, A/B testing, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Our goal with this role is to find a marketing leader to improve our already successful demand generation programs and can help with the rapid growth we are experiencing. This is what we are looking for in candidates and are asking candidates for their experience with running demand generation. Instead of leading the candidate with specific questions, the goal is to understand the candidate's experience with demand generation campaigns and experience with leading teams. Please note that we do not interview candidates for free consulting. To understand best practices in the industry, we usually use HubSpot blogs, industry resource websites, and other B2B marketing blogs.
