Remote interview was good, Very professional. What caught me off guard was having to create a 30sec-1min video separately - kind of like an audition video. It essentially like a video resume but done after the interview. I like the concept but wish I would have know prior to the interview that it was required.
Well structured and comfortable, with a varied panel making it feel like a fair process. I had the opportunity to ask questions about them and their business whilst they asked me questions that made me feel like the values fit was more important than other qualities
