Interview
Initially was more than impressed by the recruiter. Prompt, knowledgeable and great energy. After the interview, communication was a complete 180. Messy and frazzled to a complete halt. Left wondering if they left the company.

Made a point to stress the hours and grind to build up book of business in the beginning stages. Also stressed how they were planning to grow but I'm not sure how with follow up like this.
