I applied online and received a call from a Talent Manager that was very professional and friendly. High marks for her! She scheduled me for an interview at their headquarters in DT FLL. Met with her first and she was informative on the company and the position. Then it went terribly wrong. She asked me to meet with an Administrative person. This person than reluctantly came in and was immediately dismissive of my resume. Her opening question was "Why are you here? She continued to display a terrible demeanor with a look of being annoyed that she had to interview me. Made several belittling comments including the statement "We don't take lunches here." When I asked her to explain the nature of the business and company mission...she replied with an overview of the Software used, but then gave me permission to research it further "if I desire." I asked how long she was working there and answered 15 years. Stated that there was no job description and basically ended our interview within 15 minutes. In my 20 years interviewing, I've never encountered this attitude. Sadly, the company otherwise looks amazing and the location ideal.
