The process was straight forward. The recruiter called to do a screening. From there the hiring manager reviewed my resume and decided to have me move forward in the interview process. Instead of interviewing with the hiring manager I interviewed with a current CSM. He was great and said he thought I was a great fit for the role. From there I had an in person interview. I had to prepare a presentation to show them how to do something (could be anything). I was giving less than 12 hours notice and had to put something together real quick. When I got to the interview I met with one of the founders, the hiring manger, the VP of sales and then the CSM team, ALL individually. The team was not able to get my presentation up on their TV so I had to improvise and discuss what to do. The recruiter and CSM team told me they thought I was the best for the position and were very positive. Unfortunately the hiring manager decided to go with someone else.

All around good experience -- head of recruiting ensured timely interviews and thoughtful follow ups in between.
