HR reached out for an interview. The day of the interview (by phone with HR) they were late, had to stop for something for gf/wife? Learned about my background and asked if I had questions. Had no questions for me. I asked about a lot of negative reviews on glassdoor etc about ownership yelling at employees, toxic environment and he said it wasn't bad in the month he had been there. Tried to explain it as they were young. They said they would send me job description/insurance benefit details and never did. Assuming they didn't like that I pressed them on company flaws. Could be sign of bad culture/toxic environment.
