Interview process was quick and easy. I had three rounds of interviews all within a week and a half time span and was ghosted after my last interview. Each interviewer was extremely positive about me and I had an overall good interview experience. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I sent a follow up email to which I did not hear back. Another 2 weeks later, I sent another follow up just asking if the position had been filled or if they were still in the hiring process. No response. I felt this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional to act like I was a top candidate and not receive an email to tell me they were no longer interested. HR needs to do better. It's not difficult to respond and send an email that they are no longer interested or on the opposite that maybe they are interviewing more candidates and to be patient. Communications in between and after interviews are important. It is extremely unprofessional to ghost prospects.
