Three part interview process. The first interview began with one of the Internal Recruiting Manager who gave an overview of the company and the role. He also reviewed the salary and the benefits. I think this is important to mention, as it ensures that both parties are on the same page from the beginning. Within two days, I was contacted to advance forward to the second and third interviews. The process moved rather quickly, which I liked and appreciated. Some companies take a long time. When looking for a job, I value that a company values your time and realizes the importance of making a decision fast.
