Interview
The whole interview process is very straightforward and based on a point system. Their website gives a lot of helpful information with deadlines that they stuck to. They asked several behavioral questions and then a case study portion. I found the interview difficult as a new grad with little-to-no previous interview experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cook Children's Health Care System (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Several situational behavioral questions followed by a case study. The case study was very difficult. I was interviewed by an educator, unit manager and a current resident. They told me that they were interviewing 80-90 people for 12-25 positions. After the interview, a current nurse resident took me on a tour of the hospital and the units I was interested in working in.
