Interview
The interview process is certainly a dragged out process with this organization. Initial interview is a rather informal interview with a member of their HR department. Interview is typically >30min via a phone call and entails highlighting your background--- more like a "meet and greet." After this, you will go through roughly 3-4 additional interviews either in person or zoom. The interview techniques depend largely on the hiring manager, but felt more situational based and "old school." The final interview is rather interesting because it's based at the corporate HQ in Bloomington, IN and you actually go to dinner with whoever is left in their candidate pool the night before the final interviews---- that was bizarre. You will finally be offered a position after you return back from their HQ. The entire process can take months in some cases.
