had an interview with district manager and store manager 2 times within one week then had a to come in wearing uniform. Brought you in gave you a book to read for 30 mins then does on the jib training on stations

Our first interview, we had to wait 45 minutes to be interviewed. Even during the interview, the interviewer kept leaving to deal with work. After our first barely 2 minute interview, we were told to get a background check- out of pocket by the way, that said that we had no criminal record. For our follow- up interview the new interviewer came TWO IN A HALF HOURS LATE to our interview - he wasn't even in the restaurant. On top of that, he did not give us an actual chance- we each got a TWO Minutes maximum interview time. They were hiring, but the interviewer had absolutely no interest in hiring us. He made no eye contact, seemed as if he did not want to be there at all, and altogether had no consideration that we sacrificed gas, hours of life, and money for a background check that no other job I applied to asked for. I didn't even feel comfortable at the interview because of his attitude even given the circumstances I still put on my best smile- well tried to for the first 2 seconds- its kind of hard to smile, when you have a young man who was looking at you with his head on his hand, elbow on the table like a high school student who is forced to listen to a teacher's lecture. Even the first interviewer seemed a little, just a little considerate of the fact that we waited for him, the second interviewer however did not care at all. All of us were well-spoken, well-dressed, professional college students. We got to learn a lot about each other since we had a total of 3 in a half hours to talk to each other. I would have felt a little more respected if the first interviewer would have told us after our first interview that the company had no intentions of hiring us rather than sending us to pay 25 bucks out of pocket for a background check and wait 2 and a half hours and waste gas for a man who didn't want to hire us in the first place. This is only for the cookout in Sumter, SC though.
