I had applied for the position and played phone tag with the hr recruiter a few times. Interview times were very rigid and short noticed for the position. Only 2 days to give a time off notice for the interview. Arrived for the interview 20 minutes early. Interviewer was not even aware of my name nor did he have any of my information. I had to fill out a paper application and then wait on it to be reviewed. All to have them come back and ask if my current salary of 60,000 was accurate and I said yes and he stated the job only starts out 45,000 tops and I would be required to be clean shaven for the position. This was 2 hours of waisted time.
This is very misleading since they advertise the position as a 45,000 to 70,000 job. We did not even conduct the interview as I wouldn’t of wasted anyone’s time for a significant pay cut like that.
I told them there was no point in waisting each other’s time any further.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cook Out (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
It was a short 2 v 1 interview with the DM & HR. Easy questions. They were informative. HR asked most of the questions, about experience level, past employment, ect. All the usual questions.

Emailed with the District Manager to establish a good time to come into the store and interview for 30 minutes in the manager's office. Did exactly that and was undisturbed even during a busy shift.

Interview
Daunting and unorganized, employees seemed unhappy and overworked. Kitchen was dirty and unorganized. I declined offer, I know a trap when I see one . It might be for some but definitely not for a person who needs a work life balance
