I was asked questions about prior experience, I did need to get a background Check which is required for this job. Then they will tell you if you can work at the location.
Some locations have open interviews so all you have to do is bring your completed application, others will ask for a phone number, or tell you a time they will be available. They will then sit you down, and ask if you are in school, then ask personality questions, as well as your availability (weekends are a plus). And if they hire you they will ask when you can start, and give you a training manual to look over. the interview process was fairly quick. The interview consisted of questions more so asking how you would like to fit in the company. very direct. very easy. great company.
