You will be told to go to a conference room and wait on everyone to get there. You will have a really brief presentation on cookout and what’s it about. Going over pay and the tiers of management with cookout. And just telling you the basis of what cookout is about. You will then get called one by one and do an one on one interview. After the interview you are told to submit a background check and once it’s submitted you will then be informed it’s received and do a step two which is the phone interview and once that’s done your told if you got the job or not
