I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cook Out (Hickory, NC) in Feb 2014
Interview
I showed up Tuesday and talked to the manager for about 5 minutes. He asked when I was available and what my goals were. He told me to go get a background check, which I returned on Thursday. I worked my first shift on Saturday night and worked 45 hours my first week
Very fast, simple, and easy. The managers were very nice and super laid back. The position started very quickly and I ended up staying with cookout until the end of high school

Interview
It was super quick and simple, they just ask for documentation and hired me on the spot, You just have to be friendly and confident and you don’t have to worry
Actually the easiest interview I have done. Was very awkward, as the interview was conducted standing outdoors. Not very ideal, I must say. Standard kind of fast food interview otherwise.
