I applied on indeed.com and received a call 2 days later with an appointment time for the interview (the following Friday). During the interview process there was a “presentation” of basically the founding of the restaurant and future goals in regards to growth. Review of how bonuses and other incentives could be obtained. The actual “interview” lasted 5 minutes. I received a call later that day with an offer.

This is an all hands on deck restaurant. Our management team is not stuck in an office all day. You may be at the cashier position or flipping burgers. Is this something that you are willing to do?

The interview process was good. In a room with other applicants learning about cookout restaurant and then waiting to be called for a one on one interview. The interviewer was nice and knowledgable about the company. Asked basic interview questions that was easy to answer.
