I was in HS looking for my first job. i made sure that i had everything that the manager at the time asked for bc i really wanted job. She asked me why i wanted this to be my first job and when can i start it was a easy interview bc i was young and she know that i was ready to work.

It's a pretty easy interview. Just be nice and smile and have common sense. Professional dress is not required but you should be presentable. Having some knowledge of the menu could be beneficial but not required.
Manager texted me to schedule an interview very soon after I put in an application. We had the interview in the restaurant. Asked standard interview questions and at the end we discussed hours I'm available to work.
