We interviewed outside at a table. It was sort of a structured interview. There were three Managers and my self. They all asked their own sets of questions. Most of the questions were about customer service, you know the what if a customer ask you, questions.

It's a pretty easy interview. Just be nice and smile and have common sense. Professional dress is not required but you should be presentable. Having some knowledge of the menu could be beneficial but not required.
Manager texted me to schedule an interview very soon after I put in an application. We had the interview in the restaurant. Asked standard interview questions and at the end we discussed hours I'm available to work.
