Briefly described the hours required as a manager training. Asked how far I lived from each location. He described the pay scale for the first 90 days and then after. Everything is based on performance... he did say that a few times.
Presentation was given to a group about the background of company. Then one on one. Presented copy of resume. They asked you a few questions on how you think you feel about position applying for. Said will call in 2-3 days and then possible 2nd interview then maybe offer
