Had two phone screens and one in person interview. All along the team said they were really impressed with my skills and background. They said that i had done well and would be going forward to the next phase of the interview in about 3 weeks. At 4 weeks I asked whether they were still interested, silence, at 6 weeks I received an informal "we found someone that better suits our needs."
