I received a phone call out of the blue mid-day a few days after submitting my application and had a phone screen on the spot. In my experience those are typically scheduled ahead of time, so I was caught off guard and wasn't totally prepared. The woman on the phone admitted she did not know anything about the role, so she wasn't able to answer any of my questions. Regardless, she scheduled me for an in person interview at the San Francisco office. I felt the interview went pretty well, and I thought they did too. A few days later I received another call out of the blue, this time I was not able to pick up, but they called me three consecutive times without leaving a voicemail. An email would have been a great follow up after I didn't pick up the call. I called back after I was off work and they said they wanted to schedule a 2nd round interview with me. The day after we got my 2nd interview scheduled someone called and said they would have to reschedule for the next week. After a few days of not hearing back, I followed up to at least get on the calendar for my interview, and received no response. A week later I received a formal letter in the mail informing me they would not be moving forward. Overall, for a company with such great reviews, I was disappointed with their unprofessional recruiting process.
