I took part in an online test assessment and an assessment day, which took an entire day and involved a networking lunch as well as a case study. It was quite stressful and all the attendees were quite high strung. I was dismissed to leave after half the day.

Interview
- It was virtual due to Covid-19.
- Purely competency-based questions.
- The interview was very relaxed and friendly.
- There were three separate interviews; two with a partner and one with an associate.
- Not many specific commercial awareness questions, it is up to the interviewee to weave in their understanding.
