Interviewed via On Campus Interviews at my school. Got invited to a virtual "callback" where I interviewed with Associates and Partners for the practice groups I was interested in. Wound up not receiving an offer, but overall had a positive experience and think highly of the firm.
There were two rounds. The first was a screener and the second was four or five back to back interviews with associates and partners. Everyone was very nice and the questions were nothing unexpected.
The screening process is simple and standard.
The interviewer asked questions like:

Why should Cooley hire you
Be prepared to share more because the interviewer would like you to expand some of your answers

Submit application, then interviewed by a senior associate. Interviewed for the IP summer associate position. Did get the offer. The entire process is smooth, just my background does not fit.
