Interviewed online: The interview process moved quickly. I had the first round with the Hiring Manager on Monday, followed by the panel interview that Wednesday. I felt good about both interviews. Initially, the recruiter emailed me about my availability, and I responded promptly. However, one day, he called me, claiming he had been trying to reach me via email to schedule a date, which was not true. I scheduled the first round, and someone else contacted me to set up the panel interview. During the panel interview, the HR Business Partner mentioned that the recruiter would reach out the following week with an update. Despite this, I never heard anything from the recruiter, despite making two attempts to follow up. After several weeks of checking the Cooper Companies portal, I discovered that I had not been selected for the position. I felt completely ghosted!
