HR call first, and then 2nd interview with the hiring manager f2f. after the interview I've been told by the hiring manager that they'll get back to me in coming weeks if they shortlist me to come back for the next interview with presentation etc. I sent a thank you note to both HR and Hiring Manager, and then a follow-up query afterwards. None of them have been bothered to get back to me. (they know that I had to drive 1.5HR to the interview and it was a stormy day) This is my worst experience ever- showing that this company doesn't know basic respect to people.
