Went through 4 rounds of interview to be told that lack of passion and focus on remuneration are 2 reasons why I was not shortlisted. The only question I asked was to get the background on why did they select me for interview for the role Senior Analyst while I am holding a Senior Manager pay scale. Purpose of that is to seek clarity on job stability and plan for the role to avoid being informed my role is retired because of high pay vs their scale.
