Interview invited 1 week after applied, polite rejection letter after 2 weeks. Interviewed by the director team manager, who has clear logic and listens carefully, talked me through job duties and their data structures.

Applied online, was contacted with a phone interview offer. After the phone interview, they had me come in a few days later with the request that I create and give a presentation.
