You are greeted at the door and then sign in on a sheet, the 'interview' takes places on the floor where everyone is typing. I wasn't really asked questions about myself or ones that you would expect in an interview. I was just asked questions that pertained to the info that was sent out beforehand, seemed like I was being quizzed on it.

You take a typing test, process a sample dictation, and then take a quiz to ensure you have a good understanding of English grammar and mechanics. Then you're asked some basic questions about your scheduling and availability. Very easy!
