It was fine but unnecessarily long due to internal turnover, which I should’ve taken as a red flag. However, the biggest red flag was that, after several weeks of regular, personalized contact from the recruiter to keep me on the hook, I was ultimately rejected with a canned, autoresponder email that started with “Dear Unavailable Variable.” A bit tacky, if I’m being honest.
