The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Core BTS
Interview
I interviewed initially at the office with 2 members of management. 2 weeks later I was invited to a second interview. It was a panel that consisted of the superintendent (of the district that I would be assigned to), plus the lead (Core BTS) tech at the location, and the 2 managers I had met with previously. About 2 weeks later I was invited to interview a third time, this time the panel consisted of all of the people listed above, plus school and county employees, about 10 people in total. I should mention that I did send a thank you email after each interview. After the third interview, I was *never* contacted again. I did not receive the courtesy of even a form email with a rejection. I was pretty upset, I was good enough to make it to a third interview but not good enough to warrant even a call or email to inform me of the results? Even a simple “we went with another candidate” would have been better than nothing. I find this not only very unprofessional, but it borders on cruel...to make someone wait, looking forward to a potential great opportunity only to completely dismiss them with no communication.
