The interview was formatted with a recruiter screen, virual meeting with the hiring manager, then an on-campus interview day where I met with multiple departments. It was thoroughly organized and TA was helpful in helping me to understand how I could show up successfully. Questions leaned more skills based- for example, "How would you tackle X in Y (job relevant) situation". Everyone was really kind and open to transferable skills.
