      Contracts Administrator Interview

      Jul 18, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CoreSite (Denver, CO) in May 2015

      Interview

A week after I applied online, HR called and emailed me to set up a phone interview. Like any phone interview, I was asked about my work and education experiences. I was also asked about my salary requirements. At the end of the call, we set up in-person interviews for that same week. I had three one-on-one interviews. The following week, I received a call, and they wanted to bring me back in to meet with senior leadership. Three more one-on-one interviews within that week. The following week, I received an offer. CoreSite hires a third party company to run a thorough background check on you, and a drug test is required. All in all, the interview process went pretty quickly/smoothly. I had a job offer probably three weeks after I applied online.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Like any interview, be ready to talk about your work and education experiences. Relate your experiences to the job that you're interviewing for. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Have examples to back up your answers. Most importantly, BE YOURSELF. A few questions that I can remember from my interviews are: If you could have any job in the world, what would be your dream job? What is your claim to fame? Is there a difference between management and leadership? If so, what is the difference? Do you see yourself more as a manager or a leader?
