The internal recruiter contacted me almost immediately and I arranged to speak to the hiring manager the next day. I had the interview and it went well and then told they would get back to me asap. Nothing after a week so contacted the recruiter. silence. Then contacted the hiring manager who told me they would let me know the next day. Nothing the next day so i sent a final emial asking what was going on to the hiring manager and recruiter. still silence. Ghosting is a terrible thing to do to a candidate, especially for a company of Alludo's size.
