Complete joke Phone Screen Received an email from an HR Generalist to schedule time with recruiter. Recruiter gets on the call and seems desperate to hire great talent. We met on a Friday where he stated he will schedule a time with the hiring manager on Monday. Didn’t hear back the entire following week until Friday only to be told that they are still reviewing. Told them I am not interested then to only receive a generic response of rejection. Get a new recruiting process and new recruiters. Company’s recruiting process is a joke and disorganized.
