Very consistent with other reviews. Extremely odd process.
Conducted initial phone screen. Was contacted two months later asking for the second interview with the hiring manager. Scheduled the hiring manager interview a week later - then they cancel the day before letting me know they hired someone else.
Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
