The interview was a brief 25-minute video call over Microsoft Teams with the nursing supervisor and the charge nurse. They asked fairly basic clinical questions and about my personal attributes (punctuality, reliability, etc).

The interview was over the phone. It lasted around 30 minutes. It consisted of the unit manager and another manager from a different unit. The questions were typical of an interview. Manager was personable.
