I applied for the open Project Specialist position at Corgan through their website. A week after submitting my application, I received an email inviting me to interview for the role. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams and was led by two team members who oversee data center projects in Abilene and Dallas, Texas. And after a week they responded back.

The interview was conversational in nature. They began by asking me to introduce myself and talk about my design process and decision-making approach. We then discussed my portfolio, focusing on two projects I felt best aligned with the data center specialization of the role. They also asked about my interest in Corgan and specifically in their data center work, as well as my interest in relocating to the city where the position is based.

The conversation was very friendly and relaxed, and the entire interview was conducted online.
