The best interview process ever. Pretty fast, two rounds of interviews and a following official offer letter around a week. I was interviewed at Corgan, NY office. Thought will be super nervous but turns out the interviewer is pretty comfortable. The whole conversation is open and casual. Pretty standard interview questions about background both academic and professional. Another part that impressed me is they also made a lot of introductions about their office culture, project types, and what kind of person they are looking for which is exactly what I am looking for growth as well. The second interview happened 5 days after. It is more like a warm-up. Get to know some people in the studio, office tour, and office culture. A verbal offer was announced and followed up by an official letter two days after.

The interview process was a virtual zoom call with one designer and architect at the firm. The interview was around 45 min - 1 hr long and consisted of a portfolio review and a short q & a session at the end .

Was really forthcoming and had a lot to say about the firm. Were direct and had good benefits and etc. Was able to reach out to them anytime and had good HR interaction.
