I reached out to a specific lab and department that I wanted to work for. After emailing back and forth several times to ask and answer questions, we scheduled an in-person interview. I met with the PI of the lab and interviewed for an hour. We spoke about general interests, academic and research experiences, discussed research projects I may work on and any projects I had interest in or ideas for, and lastly, we went over behavioral questions.
