Interview
The interview process was simple. I filled out an application asking why I wanted to be a teaching assistant. I had to list my GPA and my experience. What I thought about the course, what was positive and what could be changed. I had to choose a role within the course and specify how many hours I wanted and how much responsibility I would be willing to take on.
