Interview
First was a 30 minute phone interview. I was emailed and asked to come meet with the team for a second interview. Second interview was a lot of the same questions I was asked in a phone interview, along with getting to know the team and asking questions( the director of sales asked me a lot of 'off the record, what would I do with a report for 'xyz' "

Interview
Very slow, you can apply and never hear back. You might get called for a phone interview and then a face to face. Most times it 2 interview rounds. They are very slow to hire.

I once was asked, if you are driving a car and have a balloon in the front seat and have to stop soon which way would the balloon go? Faculty usually ask these types of questions. Important to be humble.
