Met with people all around the lab with different roles, from undergrads n the labs and lab technicians to postdoc students and professors. Each of them offered a new perspective and different questions.

The work is usually independent, are you okay with figuring things out by yourself?
The interview process was smooth and okay. The interviewers were kind and composed. I connected with the PI of the lab I was applying for and thought I could really grow in the position.
