A recruiter sends you questions within 24 hours of the interview. Interview was done through Zoom. The interview had a more relaxed feel to it. I don’t know if they decide who moves on?? I’ve had four interviews with Cornell. I’m over qualified for every position I’ve applied for but can’t seem to get past the first stage.
