Interview
I originally saw the job posted on Craigslist so I printed an application online and went in the next day. It was right before the grand opening of the store so they were doing interviews on the spot. The first day that I went, there were maybe four people there and we were sent to an office where the interviews were being held and there were two managers in there doing the interviews. She was pretty friendly and asked pretty basic interview questions. She must have liked me because she asked me to come back for a second interview with another manager. When I came back, word must have gotten around that they were doing open interviews because there were a lot more people turning in applications and they all said they were there for their first interview. When I went into the office I could hear the managers speaking amongst themselves saying that most of the positions were full. My second interview was with a male and he asked me pretty much the same questions but at the end he told me he couldn't hire me and told me to come back when the store opened in two weeks to see if there were more positions open. I never went back.
