Interview was only 5 minutes long and was only asked to tell the hiring manger about myself. There were no other questions regarding my management style or interaction with others. Also the hiring manager seemed very distracted and didn't seem to have time to interview me. I ended up leaving the position after a short period of time,it was not a good culture fit for my work style. One positive thing was there were future opportunities for advancement.

Applied online, craigslist actually. I got a call from a district manager to set up an interview. I was then asked to do a second interview with a store manager. Then I was called several times before my start date to hear they kept switching my training location and actual job title.
