There is a phone interview with the HR department. They make an assessment and if there is a decision to move the candidate forward, they provide the potential decision maker the appropriate resumes. A second in-person interview is done with the prospective hiring manager and other individuals that are appropriate. A third in-person interview was conducted with the appropriate individual who also would be supported. Once you interview with the prospective people whom are your team members, they meet and discuss. I found everyone to be very helpful and the varying interview styles ranged from the basic expected questions to what I would call a free and open interview where the applicant states what they can bring to the job and their managing style of their direct position.
