I applied through an employee referral at the beginning of April. The process took 8 weeks. I did a couple of assessments right after I applied and then I had an initial interview later that week. During that 20 minute interview, I was told probably four separate times that they didn't know if they'd have any positions available (which is a little weird since I applied through a job posting that my friend, who works at Cornerstone, sent me). The interviewer told me that they usually get back to people pretty quick, but due to the weird lack of jobs situation, it might be closer to a week. I then heard nothing for five weeks. At that point, the initial interviewer reached back out to me pretty aggressively (several calls and emails within the span of a few hours). I spoke to her and she wanted to set up a second screening interview for later that week with another interviewer present. Okay, sure. I attended the second interview, and they did the exact same thing again where they told me there was no actual positions open. I currently have a job, and I'm very lucky, because these people were so inconsiderate of my time and disorganized that I would be very nervous to accept an offer from this company, despite the fact that I have a couple of friends who work there and like it. Today, I got an email that said they wouldn't be proceeding with me as a candidate. It's been two total months.
