I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cornerstone Montgomery
Interview
The first step was to submit resume to HR - it to know someone who works there. Then someone calls you for a phone screen, like most places do. Then there's an interview with two people, I think they were both supervisors of teams that needed staff? Then you get called back for a team interview on another day. There were a ton of people in the room, maybe 6 or 7. Seemed excessive, but you meet the people that you're going to be working with so I guess that was nice.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cornerstone Montgomery (Rockville, MD) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied online through Indeed and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening process. My resume was sent over to a hiring manager who asked me to come in for an interview that week. In addition to the hiring manager, there were two supervisors who had open positions on their team. At the end of the interview, I was asked to wait in the waiting room, and after a few minutes, one of the supervisors asked me if I wanted the position. After a quick salary negotiation (or lack thereof), I was asked to come in the following day to begin working. Since I was unemployed at the time, that was no issue for me.
